1. It is possible to return/exchange an item up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Returning an item will carry shipping costs. Coordinate with customer service at +972-77-5644241. No self-service or self-courier return will be acceptable.
3. Return/replacement of an item is subject to the customer returning the product in its original packaging, complete and without damage or defect, or spoilage of any kind and type.
4. It should emphasize that the labels and handcuffs that came with the item must be on it in their entirety.
5. Upon receiving the item, we will contact you via e-mail to receive instructions to make a return or exchange. In case of an exchange, you will be issued a coupon code to the site in return - a full refund to your satisfaction.
6. If you are interested in a refund, the refund will be transferred within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return of the item, exclusively to the credit card from which the order was made.
7. Shipping charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the transaction
