By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. Shipping 

1.1 Shipping takes between 4-15 business days depending on your location and your choice of shipping option.

1.2 Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, this price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer but does not include local tax where applicable.

*Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid
upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and NETA EFRATI
encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to NETA EFRATI at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping also the cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

1.3 Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our
website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not
be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products, and refund you for the unavailable products. 

1.4 Our warehouse operates on Sunday – Thursday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these
instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

1.5 Change of Delivery Address – For change of delivery address requests, we are only able to change the address before the order has been dispatched by the carrier.  

1.6 Tracking Notifications – Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

1.7 Delivery Time Exceeded – If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

2. Cancellations
2.1 If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to
accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

3. Refunds and Returns
3.1 If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase NETA EFRATI will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by mail at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

3.2 Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to
arrange their own shipping with traceable shipping method if they will not been instructed otherwise.
3.3 Once returns are received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. This process will take up to 7 days and we will notify you once this has been completed through email.
3.4 NETA EFRATI will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.

3.5 Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be refunded, if you fail to comply with the above obligation we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the products up to its full price.

3.6 Some items cannot be refunded

* Items under $50 cannot be returned.

* On sale items there will be no returns or refunds.

* Lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned or refunded. 

3.7 Late or missing refunds – If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

4. Exchanges – We do not replace items, if you are unsatisfied with your item please see our refund and return policy. 

5. Warranty Returns
NETA EFRATI will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is
submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect NETA EFRATI to
process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
